Alandium Warranty

Validity Period: Two (2) Years

At ALANDIUM, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our products, especially our watches. Each piece is manufactured to meet our stringent standards. To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your ALANDIUM watch, please contact our customer service team at info@alandium.com for assistance.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Consumable Parts: This includes components such as batteries or protective coatings designed to naturally diminish over time, unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or broken plastic on ports are not covered unless they result from a defect in materials or workmanship.

• Third-Party Components: Damage caused by using the product with a third-party component or product that does not meet ALANDIUM's specifications is not covered.

• External Causes: Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, or other external causes is not covered.

• Improper Use: Damage resulting from operating the product outside the user manual, technical specifications, or published guidelines is not covered.

• Unauthorized Service: Damage resulting from service performed by unauthorized individuals or entities is not covered.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Defects caused by normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the product are not covered.

• Tampering: Warranty is void if the serial number has been removed or defaced, or if the product is reported stolen and the rightful ownership cannot be proven.

Reporting Damages:

It is essential to thoroughly inspect your item upon receipt. Any damage observed during transport must be reported promptly to our customer service team. Similarly, if you discover any discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 30 days. Please provide your order number and details of the issue, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Filling a warranty claim

All clients must contact Customer Service for instructions and the repair process before shipping the watch. Before sending the watch to us, authorization from Customer Service is needed. Customer Service will advise if the watch qualifies for the warranty or not and will provide an estimated cost (if it falls outside the warranty period and coverage).

Every claim should have a Repair Ticket Number provided by Customer Service. It will be attached to the repair service ticket and to all communication regarding the repair.Any watch for repair sent to us without a proper Repair Ticket Number is considered an invalid request and will be returned to the sender without prior notice. All dispatch fees will be at the client’s expense.
