In 2011, this renowned stage welcomed one of the most ambitious projects in modern automotive history—the Marussia B1, Russia’s first-ever production supercar. This remarkable vehicle, which made waves in the industry, was presented alongside the Marussia Virgin Racing F1 car, demonstrating the bold aspirations of Marussia Motors in both road and motorsport engineering.
The Marussia B1 was a statement of Russian ingenuity, combining advanced materials and high-performance engineering. The car featured a lightweight aluminum semi-monocoque chassis and a full carbon fiber body, ensuring both strength and agility. It was available with two Cosworth-built V6 engines:
